Receive a quote based off the list of items you provide (LxWxH)
You decide what you are bringing with you to your new home
After the preliminary quote, our Quality Assurance team will call you 2-5 days prior to your first scheduled pick up date. They will go over your final inventory list with you to ensure that there are no changes that you need to make to the list that you provided at the time of booking
The Dispatch Department will call you by 7 PM EST the evening prior to your first scheduled pick up date to let you know whether your pick up is the next day or the day after and provide you with a time frame as well.
Please remember that these are real drivers on real roads and they have DOT regulations to follow. We want them and your items to arrive to you safely.

You will be picked up in a 26ft box truck
Your belongings will be blanketed and pad wrapped prior to being put on the truck
Please ensure that your items are packaged properly and that all glass items, TVs and mattresses are boxed and/or covered with a mattress cover. Any items not properly packed will be packed by our movers and will be subject to packing charges. (Unless otherwise noted on your Binding Moving Estimate) During your Quality Assurance call you can also add on packing if needed.

Your items will be delivered in a 53ft tractor trailer. (if you need a shuttle, you may incur additional fees as it will require additional labor as the items must be moved twice)
Delivery time frames are estimated and based on mileage, routing and can fluctuate due to traffic, weather and other unforeseen delays. However, all drivers do everything they can to get your items to you as quickly as possible while following DOT regulations.
If you sign for a FIRST AVAILABLE DELIVERY DATE (F.A.D.D.), this means that your belongings will be kept in the state of origin and the delivery process will not begin until that date. This is a great option if you aren’t available for the normal estimated delivery windows provided. Please remember, if the estimated windows are realistic for you and your move, let the driver know that your F.A.D.D. is the date of pick up. As per DOT law all deliveries are required to be completed within 30 business days of the provided First Available Delivery Date. The carrier will provide up to $25 per business day there after.
